Short Sale! Just Sold! 10715 La Rosa Drive, Temple City

This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is remodeled extensively. Inside, it featured a newer kitchen, a family room, living room, den, breakfast nook, and almost 1,800 square feet of living space. The home was a pre-foreclosure status and our final listing price was $500,000. We ended up doing a short sale for the home and successfully avoided foreclosure.
